As you may know, photographic prints, slides and negatives will deteriorate with age. By producing digital copies and archiving them to a CD format your slides will be protected from the ravages of time. Currently the life expectancy of a CD is estimated to be more than 100 years. We use high quality scanning techniques to insure that the quality of the original is not lost. Your slides and photos will be converted to JEPG format, and burned to a CD or DVD. This will allow you to use your computer, and in some cases your TV-DVD player, to view and evaluate your valuable photos. It will also be possible to present your digitized photos as a slide show. (more information) Once you have your initial CD you may burn as many copies as you need to distribute to your family and friends. You will also be able to make prints of selected photos on your computer.
